Foster Youth Executive Advisory Council
The purpose of the Foster Youth Executive Advisory Council is to bring community and educational partners together to learn about foster youth, laws, rights, and services. The council also works together to remove barriers for foster youth and collaborate on systems of support.
The Foster Youth Executive Advisory Council meets monthly at the YCOE Conference Center (located at 1280 Santa Anita Ct., Woodland, CA 95776). Meetings are conducted in person, and are open to the public.
The Council is comprised of community leaders from the following agencies:

- Davis Joint Unified School District
- Esparto Unified School District
- First 5 Yolo
- Yolo County SELPA
- Washington Unified School District
- Winters Joint Unified School District
- Woodland Community College
- Yolo County Children’s Alliance
- Woodland Joint Unified School District
- Creative Behavior Systems
- Yolo County Probation
- County of Yolo
- Yolo County Health and Human Services
