The Yolo County Office of Education has adopted the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act and invites all interested licensed contractors to submit their company for inclusion on the Yolo County Office of Education's Informal Bidding Contractor List for all trades, under the limits established in Public Contract Codes 22032 and using the procedures established in sections 22032-22045. YCOE has contracted with Colbi Technologies to provide a web-based process for submitting to their Prequalified Contractor and CUPCCAA lists called Quality Bidders.
