The Internal Fiscal Services department provides business and financial services to all Yolo County Office of Education programs. Internal Fiscal Services works cooperatively with program managers to develop and implement grants and strives to provide appropriate training as well as development and implementation of policies and procedures. All debt service, risk management, and financial planning are a function of the Internal Fiscal Services department. Long range fiscal planning and multi-year financial and enrollment projections are a vital role of this department to ensure the fiscal integrity of the organization and provide program managers with the appropriate data for budgetary purposes so to more effectively provide quality programs to local school districts and the students directly served by YCOE programs.
