Excellence in Education Awards 2024

The 2023 Excellence in Education Awards was held on Monday, September 30, 2024. Hosted by the Yolo County School Boards Association, the in-person event was held at the YCOE Conference Center (located at 1280 Santa Anita Ct., Suite 100, Woodland). The annual award ceremony seeks to recognize programs and leadership excellence from the five school districts across Yolo County, plus individuals and programs from the Yolo County Office of Education and the Los Rios and Yuba Community College districts. The awards ceremony features the announcement of the 2023-2024 Yolo County Teacher of the Year. Congratulations to Melissa Edsall from the Woodland Joint Unified School District.
