* **Effective March 17, 2020-The health, well-being, and public safety of community members, public officials, and employees is the top priority for YCOE. Board members and staff may participate in this meeting via teleconference or otherwise electronically. Meetings after March 17, 2020 are compliant with the Governor's Executive Order N-29-20 which allows for a deviation of teleconference rules required by the Brown Act. Likewise, in person attendance at the Board meeting will not be permitted until further notice. Public comment will be available through the zoom conference call or you can click on the google form link and submit by the Board meeting date.
