Notice is hereby given that Yolo County Office of Education will accept sealed bids at the County Office, located at 1280 Santa Anita Ct, Suite 180, Woodland, CA 95776, on or before 2:00 pm, local time on May 26, 2023, at which time they will be opened at 2:15 pm local time for furnishing all labor, materials, and services for the (Project# 23-PA-WCC) Woodland United Methodist Head Start Play Area.

 

This project is centered around the construction of a play area for the Head Start program at the Woodland United Methodist Church (212 2nd Street, Woodland CA 95695).

 

The mandatory pre-bid meeting, job walk, and site visit will be held on May 16, 2023, at 9:00 am at Woodland United Methodist Church (212 2nd Street, Woodland CA 95695).

 

Invited bidders will receive a complete set of plans and specifications at the pre-bid meeting.  A link may be given to the online project documents folder after an email has been sent by the contractor to the design team contact. All future correspondence will be sent to the provided email address.

 

Bids may be emailed to matthew.juchniewicz@ycoe.org and ray.lippincott@ycoe.org and will not be accepted if past May 26, 2023, at 2:00 pm. All bidders will be contacted within 7 days of the bid deadline with bid results.
